Yamaha Roadstar Star | Large T-Shirt

Is the Yamaha Royal Star Venture (with Roadstar trailer) a good motorcycle?

I was at a Boat, Sport, and Travel show today and I saw this motorcycle. I might get one when i'm old enough because i'll be traveling a lot and it has a lot of storage. How much does one cost? Is this a good motorcycle for starting? Can you just tell me anything you know about this motorcycle.

It's the three wheeled one, not the two wheeled one.

The Royal Star has what amounts to a heavily detuned V-Max engine, so as long as it received regular maintenance it should last forever.

Trike conversions are always a tricky matter. They didn't come out of the factory this way and and you don't mention who did the conversion. I believe both Harley and Victory (?) now do trikes directly from the factory, with manufacturer's warranty and all. That would be a better bet.

Mind you, it doesn't look like it has so much storage space to me. A Honda Gold Wing or BMW K1200LT probably has more.
