is it safe to take 2mg of xanax along with a couple beers?

i ALWAYS hear about people doing this. they tell me its a safe combo as long as neither of the drugs are done in excess.

for example one xanax bar(2mg) and maybe 2-3 beers.

could this cause a dangerous interaction? or just a good buzz?

and just be honest here. lies could lead to bad things when it comes to a situation involving drugs. so dont be biased. dont be anti drug or pro drug.
1mg realy doesnt do that much to me. i just notice mild sleepiness in my eyes and slight reduction in anxiety. other than that nothing too much at all

The outcome is unpredictable so the best answer would be "no" since we are talking about your health.

My sister is a drug addict, but she's been at my house and sober for a wk and still hilosinates every morning.?

She is 25 and had been doing drugs since she was a kid, first Cigarettes and beer then weed and x and then xanax bars and she has been hooked on bars since she was 17 now she's 25! I'm trying to get her clean, but every morning she wakes up from her dream she think that her dream was real, even the most bizzar dreams.
She has not had any seziures yet but she wakes up every morning saying crazy stuff, example: this morning she said that her dad died and that my mom left her bag of clothes at my house but my mom never came to my house nor did her dad die...? She will refuse pro-help.
Look I'm NOT stupid I know that she needs help that I can not give her but she will refuse it, trust me I have tried in the past.

You cannot get your sister clean on your own, nor should you try. Benzodiazepines (the class of drug that xanax belongs to) are extremely dangerous to come off of. While detoxing from most drugs is terrible, coming off of benzodiazepines or alcohol can actually KILL you, and I mean that literally. She needs to get into a detox center where they can medicate her properly so that she doesn't have a DT (delerium tremens) reaction. This can cause life threatening seizures that may kill her. She needs to be aware of this. Don't take the responsibility for getting your sister clean. I understand that you want to help her, but she needs to help herself and check into detox. If she can't afford to pay, many places with work out some kind of deal with you. It really is important that she get into a program. It's not going to do her any good to get clean if she dies while trying. I really really REALLY urge you to ask her to go to a detox center.
