Do you feel the "need" to defend your religion with aggression? Why? Is that not the anti of peace and love?

No. I do feel a need to defend it (verbally) if verbally attacked.

The Architecture of Love

Life energy is the most unique energy form known. Its qualities are unlike any other form of energy, because it is anti-entropic. Technically, it is said to be negentropic to satisfy Second Law of Thermodynamics, which still doesn't explain how it does what it does or from whence it comes. All other forms of known energy, such as heat, x-rays, gamma rays, electromagnetic radiation, all energy forms, are entropic. Their energy flows from higher to lower states toward chaos and increasing disorganization. Life energy organizes  materials into more highly complex forms and systems of intelligence through negentropy, or negative entropy; therefore, life energy is in and of itself an intelligent, creative form of energy. Life energy as well as love is the creative consciousness of the universe.

Because love exactly replicates the characteristics of life energy, it is apparent that love is brought into existence or is a constituent component of life energy, or the reverse is true, that life energy arises from and is created by love. The two are not identical, but inseparable. Love appears in all instances and in all expressions to conform to the positive, organizing impulse of life energy itself.

Love replicates the characteristics of life energy perfectly because it is also anti-entropic, organizing, and harmonizing, in contrast to its opposite, which is energy characterized by disharmony, scattering, and chaos. The leaving of life energy is commonly called "death." In death the organizing activities of life energy leave the organized structure of the created system, which returns to its constituent elements and back into the flow of disorganizing entropy. Every living thing experiences this abandonment and with it the organizing impulse carried by life energy. The opposite of love is any emotion that carries this anti-life energy and therefore replicates the leaving of life energy known as death.

Any emotion that moves in the direction of love moves in the direction of life. Any emotion that moves in the direction of its opposite moves in the direction of death. This is why love, courage, joy, bliss, compassion, or happiness intuitively feel pleasant, and why hatred, malice, anger, envy, apathy, greed, or jealousies feel unpleasant. The first group feels pleasant because they are carried on the organizing, harmonious, coherent energy characterizing life, and so, love; while the second group feels unpleasant because they are carried upon the disharmony, tendency to chaos, and energetic incoherence characterizing the leaving of life, or death. In these emotions, energy flows from a higher to a lower state toward entropy. Nothing is ever created by these emotions, only destroyed.

The emotional states of calm and contentment are carried upon love because they are harmonious, orderly, anti-chaotic emotional states. Because love replicates the intelligence of life energy, the emotional states of calm and contentment are consonant with life energy. Anxiety, fear, loneliness, worry, and stress are disharmonious, disorderly, chaotic emotional states. These emotional states are unpleasant because they participate in the disorganizing and destructive energy of death. They do not build, they destroy, dissipate, vitiate, and dissolve life force energy.

Truth is any thought, word, speech, gesture, action, activity, organization, or institution that moves in the direction of love, and therefore that moves in the life energy direction of harmony, order, higher consciousness, and peace. Any thought, word, speech, gesture, action, activity, organization, or institution that moves in the anti-life direction of its opposite is not true, because the direction of its movement is toward disharmony, chaos, disorder, and violence. A thing is true if it moves in the direction of love, and therefore towards life, and not true if it moves in the direction of its opposites. Life and death are neither true nor not true. They simply are. The products created by moving toward life or moving toward death are, however.  Happiness is true, because it subsists upon the food of life. Depression is not true, because it subsists upon the food of death. Calm is true, because it contains order and harmony. Anxiety is not true because it describes the opposite. Peace is true. War is not. Sustainable societies are true. Unsustainable societies are not. Joy is true. Anger is not. No complex philosophies are needed to understand whether a thing is true or untrue. They are either loving, or they are not.

The difference between love and its opposite is not that one is more perfect than the other, simply that they are carried in and on different circuits of consciousness. Love is carried in and on higher circuits of consciousness because love is the intelligence of creative life energy, and life energy is organizing and harmonizing. A person expressing or embodying love moves toward life energy, which, because it is an organizing, building form of energy, moves in a direction of higher and higher consciousness. Love is the condition that allows consciousness to increase to higher levels of intelligence. Love is rational because it is entirely coherent. It builds consciousness to more and more complex and more coherent forms.

The opposite of love is carried on lower circuits of consciousness because a person who expresses any of love's opposites are moving in the direction of death, disharmony, chaos, and destruction. The opposite of love moves a person's consciousness to lower levels of intelligence and organization, just as death leads to chaos and entropy. When the opposite of love is expressed, the person is generally not rational, but irrational. This is because they are expressing the lack of coherence, the production of chaos, and the disharmony that the opposite of love carries. They are expressing death energy. Because the opposite of love is incoherent, the expression of it is not rational.

Any expression of love's opposites bears pain because the movement is away from life energy and toward death while the person is still alive. If a person's energy is incoherent, irrational, self-destructive, and chaotic the person is experiencing the energetic disharmony and the process of chaotic dissolution produced by death energy. They are experiencing a living suicide, because they are no longer participating in the building of higher states of consciousness but are experiencing a reduction into lower states of consciousness where energy patterns are increasingly incoherent. This incoherence and disharmony is experienced as pain.  Pain is in turn expressed or projected as an opposite of love, trauma is produced, pain is inflicted, and the cycle is complete. Death does not produce life. Only life produces more life.

An actual suicide is a person who can no longer bear the dissonance and disharmony of increasing death energy. They have been unconsciously moving away from love in the form of self-love toward the chaos and destruction of self-loathing, and cannot continue with such disrupted, anti-life energy patterns inside their experience. In every instance, every actual suicide is the result of the continual, unabated absence of some form of love, or the continual, unabated experience of its opposite. A threshold is crossed, and we lose them. They have carried the opposite of life energy as expressed by death energy inside their experience until this energy overtakes them.

A lonely person, for instance, is essentially a person who is not receiving love from inside or outside. Nothing this person does results in the movement of love into their lives. This is because the person is not moving in the direction of love himself or herself. That is, the lonely person takes a receptive position toward love, rather than a positive position toward love. They mistakenly believe that the love must flow toward them rather than they flow toward it. Just as a hole in a road is easy to see, so a hole in a person is easy to feel. People often avoid holes, so the sad or lonely person is faced with a decision. They may either live a lonely life by waiting for love to come to them, or, if they become a producer of love, and outflow the love in their hearts they so much desire to share to everyone rather than hold it inside, then just as all like blends with like, as water blends with water and oil blends with oil, so love blends with love. By moving toward love, by contributing love, harmonious, organizing thought forms and their emotions will be radiated and be entrained into other people, who naturally respond because it contains nutritious, positive, fragrant, creative life energy.

The most difficult problem for the lonely or sad or angry person is in completely eliminating attachment to outcome, that they are owed, that the scales are off and it is their turn, or that there is a reward to be had from it, because attachment to outcome interferes with the outflow of love. Attachment to outcome is an expectation of return. It is bait love, with a hook underneath. This is conditional love, not unconditional love. There must always be a movement toward unconditional love for its own sake, toward every person and everything in the universe, because it will result in a life full of love, rather than one of empty, clutching, loneliness or endless pain. The hole will be filled forever with love, and this love will help fill holes in others lives. Then, they will be better able to flow love back. The decision to move toward love as an everyday expression of joy is the only practical, logical approach to sadness or loneliness. One way leads to a happy life independent of another person. The other leads to an unhappy life dependent upon an unfulfilled projection.  This generalized outpouring of love is the basis for what is called Christ consciousness, or Buddha enlightenment, or Krishna consciousness. It is consciousness that has been consciously purified of death energy.

No sad, lonely, angry, envious, poisoned, or beaten person who moves in the direction of death can do anything other than move in this direction, because their consciousness has become increasingly broken into dissonance and chaos and into a well of pain. They are unable to do anything other than move in the direction of death as a living participant in their own emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and energetic suicide, until they themselves decide to move toward love. At that time, their consciousness will begin to elevate because it will become increasingly more coherent, orderly, and constructive, the energy signature of life.

The rubric determines the direction and therefore the quality of the emotion expressed, but their qualities are sometimes not as obvious as their surface appearances might suggest. An apathetic person may one day at last experience anger over their apathy, which is emotional energy moving in the direction of love, as apathy is a lower consciousness state even than anger. A person experiencing apathy is a person who has experienced pain for such a long period that they have become insensate to the experience even of their own pain, and so sink into a well of non-feeling. This state is also known as cold depression, a condition of pain spread very thinly throughout the entire emotional body to the point of invisibility.

Apathy is a steady state of depression. An apathetic person experiencing anger is moving in the direction of love because their anger represents a movement out of steady state depression and the invisibility of nothingness. Emotion expressed as anger serves as a transitional emotion toward love. The person is attempting to elevate towards love but are unable to reach it in their current condition. Their anger indicates that the person is moving away from apathy. This anger is akin to a drowning person kicking and struggling for air. It is a desire to live as a wholly alive person, rather than as a living suicide. This anger, while it is disharmonious and chaotic, holds the promise of actualization and toward the positive products of love as the emotional body attempts to repattern itself into harmony. They are attempting to be lifted out of the basement dungeon of unfeeling into the house of love.

When anger is expressed in a direction away from love, that is, when the person is not apathetic or in a state of cold depression, but experience anger as a lowering of consciousness, anger moves them in the direction of death. Anger in this instance is disharmonious, chaotic, and disorderly energy patterns that are experienced as pain, because anything that moves away from love participates in these unpleasant vibrations. Anger expressed in its common form is always destructive, incoherent, and pain producing. Anger is the abandoning of love and the embracing of death.

Trauma, fear, greed, ingratitude, angst, anxiety, worry, fret, nervousness, chaotic thought streams, loneliness, unworthiness, every imaginable negative product of consciousness is eliminated by simply moving toward love. Every single soul virus carried by mankind is inoculated against by moving toward love. Simply moving toward love elevates every situation, every interaction, every result and every effect. The answers are all quite simple in the end. No therapy is required for this movement, no crystal rituals, no long or arduous donkey ride to guru in mountainous terrain; no chemical adulterants to the brain are necessary.  The answers arrive by selecting one cardinal direction to move in life and going where the journey will lead.
