Does anyone in your family remind you of a famous cartoon or person?
My dad reminds me of Chubby Brown with the stuff he comes out with and of Muttley off dastardly and muttley with his laugh OMG it's crazy. Anyone else out there with a crazy person.
Oh my sister can do that Muttley laugh perfectly! I used to love Dastardly and Mutley cartoons. Yep - we've got some crazy people in the family too! But it keeps things interesting. You have to have a sense of humor to get through this life!

Why did the old Hanna-Barbera cartoon characters always have sidekicks?
In almost all of the older Hanna-Barbera cartoon shorts, the main character always had a sidekick. For example "Dastardly & Muttley", "Secret Squirrel & Morocco", That one hippo character and his monkey friend, et cetera. What was the purpose of the cartoonists giving the protagonists sidekicks besides for humorous contrast?
it is usually the basic funny man/ straight man dynamic of comedy.
