well are you wanting this for a costume or just something to wear cause you like it... the trench coat will prob be the hardest part... i would try thrift stores for the shirt and vest more vintage type places.... or you could try costume shops or even online for in the costume type sections last resort would be to have it custom made. i will look around as costume type things are my passion if i find anything will post back to you here. good luck
