Good colors for tannish skin and black hair- makeup and clothes?
well it's winter, and I want to head back to schoool looking fresher.
and I have a lot of plain shirts, I want to spice them up too.
For my makeup tips---
I have glasses, they look fine, I don't want contacts.
Black straight (naturally) hair, with layers.
Brown eyes.
Tannish skin, not golden.
Please help- I have a week, and a budget of 100 dollars to get things.
