I have these episodes where I just freak out coz of the smallest things or no reason at all. I can't help but to think about anything but about death, chaos, and morbid things. I often write poetry about them and draw the grim reaper. Im not a gothic person Im a really nice person. I stay to myself. I forget who I am from time to time too. Normal stuff bugs me like at school I can't stand the napkin holder at my table to be right side up it has to be upside down. Things like that anyone know what is wrong with me or if there is something wrong with me?
I think you are perfectly alright , there is nothing wrong with you at all.
From what you wrote , you are a perfectionist . Perfectionists tend to think more and indepth , they have high standard in everything they do. They are very gifted in a lot of things . They are very committed person, looked into details , concerned for single little thing. All the successful person in the world are mostly perfectionists.
Perfectionist can be very successful , even encounters obstacales, like eagle they soar high against the storm and wind.
However, perfectionist suffer the most. They can not accept little tiny thing that does not match their standard. That is why most of them are moody , impatience and unhappy .
Now that you understand yourself better , ask yourself , if you lower a bit of your standard , accept things turned out not the way you think , does it hurt you ? or can you trade in a bit so that
you can accept majority of the average person in what they do ?
if you accept them, you will be more happy.
you still can keep your high standard in important things, that is your strength . but for trivial matters , let go your standard a bit , it does not harm you , it will make you feel happier.
