My girlfriend designs ugly shirts for me!?
I love my girlfriend to death, together we're best friends. One of her favorite past times is making custom t-shirts, at first it was kind of cool making matching tees and what not, but my girlfriend is obsessed with wolves and fairies and she is forever making me these themed shirts in all colors of the rainbow.
It's gotten so bad actually, she sets them out early with intentions of me wearing them before going to work. Now the trunk of my car has about 30 t-shirts all with wolf packs and green meadows.
I wish I would of told her earlier how much I disgust those shirts, but after a year of doing this I'm certain she would be crushed if I broke the news.
I'm at a complete loss of what to do in this situation, anything offered will be appreciated by my spare points.
Just tell her the truth. When i was dating my husband i told him I liked this shirt he wore (it was a bottom up shirt with stripes) then those were the only t-shirt he would buy (just different colors). I finally told him one day I cant stand the shirts and he said he didn't like them either, he just did it because i thoght i like them.
