In the New Moon movie, does Edward and Bella break up?
I just want to know because if they do, I will be heart broken. I love Edward and Bella together in Twlight. They are perfect for eachother.
In a way... in the beginning of the book Edward leaves Bella "for good" after Jasper tries to kill her. He leaves and says that he will still love her...in a way. Sadly, the book goes on in Bella's head as she encounters everyday life without the man she thought she would spend forever with. This is how Jacob plays a larger role in New Moon. She becomes best friends with him so that she can get through the day. Jacob takes it the wrong way and ends up falling in love with her but Bella doesn't want that because she is still in love with Edward even though she knows he is never comign back for her. In the end, Bella ends up saving Edward's life and he explains to her that he only left because he didn't want to ruin her life and goes on about how much he loves her, how he can't live without her, and how he will never leave again.
For me, New Moon was the saddest book but also the best book. I practically cried throughout the whole thing but it was worth it because in the end, you find out why Edward IS the perfect man. He rather put himself through pain everyday without the love of his life, Bella, than for her to live a soulless life in danger. But, happily, they are back together by the end of the book.
This was a mouthful but I think it gets the point across.
I can't wait for New Moon in theatres! I will cry the whole movie but the ending will be SO worth it!

After Bella gets over the vampire attack that nearly claimed her life, she looks to celebrate her birthday with Edward and his family. Bella Swan is still very much in love with vampire, Edward Cullen. The remainder of the vampire coven who call themselves the Cullens, especially Alice, decide to throw Bella a private party for her eighteenth birthday. As a result of the danger Bella was put thru, the Cullen family decide to leave Forks, Washington. At first Bella exempts herself from all social activities, till she realizes she'll coexist with youth mate, Jacob Black. As usual for Bella, things aren't what they appear. Something is happening to Jacob that he won't explain to Bella, and their fellowship starts to go to pot. But when anyone from Bella's past comes back to haunt her, everything will change again.
Bella and Edward's lives have been full of nothing apart from love and delight however , it all changes one fateful day. On Bella's birthday, her new found friend and sister of Edward, Alice, makes a decision to throw her lavish party, complete with balloons, ribbons and cake that could feed a host. The result is that Jasper Hale, the latest addition to the Cullen clan, succumbs to his blood lust and attacks Bella. Edward decides that while he and his folks are around, Bella's life will always be in danger. Bella feels her life is over. However as the 2 become closer, Bella unearths Jacob has a secret of his own- he's a werewolf. With new risks, new friends and new enemies, Bella finds herself choosing between holding on to the past or accepting a new future. But what and just as significantly who will she choose?
