For Chicago Bulls and Houston Rockets fans only.?

I think this trade would be wonderful because the Rockets get a still capable power forward in Ben Wallace who can back up Yao Ming wonderfully on the defencive side and they get a great shooter and scorer in Ben Gordon. And the Bulls finally get rid of Ben Wallace's overachiving contract. They also get a great scorer and closer in T-mac. They also can bring Aaron Gray and Joakim Noah along slowly and start one of them. A lineup of Hinrich,T-Mac,Deng,Joe Smith, and Noah is very capable of wining in the east.

I think that would be a good trade but I think the Rockets would ask for more than just Wallace and Gorden. I think the trade would be more like:
Rockets:
Ben Wallace
Ben Gorden
Viktor Khryapa
2008 1st Round
Bulls:
Tracy McGrady
Luis Scola

Power Friending- Getting to Know,Like and Trust

One of the fundamentals of business relationships and marketing is that we deal with people that we know like and trust.

Social Media is not a new phenomenon it is just a different delivery mechanism from what has  been used in the offline business world for a long time. People have been communicating by their actions and words for years in a way that makes us know like and trust them.

Marketing and getting people to deal with whatever you have to offer is a simple method. It is a marketing system which follows a pattern. First we get to know who they are. We do this this by a variety of methods.

We watch what they write, their actions in the marketplace and what our peers and friends think of them. We do this activity by reading and observing and sometimes by getting referrals from the people that we already know, like and trust.

Then we try ourselves in getting to the like. I am fan and friend of social media journalist AmberMac. Why you ask? Well I have got to know her over the last few years by her work. She is a new media journalist based in Toronto, Canada with a wide reach. Amber is one very busy woman. Several columns, weekly shows,TV appearances, keynotes as well as being a Mom and business owner.
I had a interest in understanding the Social Media world from my long held offline view of marketing and trying to search out the differences that it brings. So I decided to get to know her. I listened to her podcast Net@Night with Leo Laporte on the Twit.tv network. I watched her Video podcast on her production company MGI Media's Command N which she hosts. I read her comments in her tech column in the Globe and Mail newspaper and saw her in person speak at several conferences such as MESH.

Through this as well as her Facebook and Twitter feeds I have become to know like and trust her as a voice of sanity, reason, understanding and fascination with all things Social Media and new media technology.I hope to present my review of her first book "Power Friending- Demystifying Social Media to Grow Your Business" over the next few weeks through that prism.

I welcome you to come along as a grey haired marketer discovers the old and the new and how they interact.
