If I exercise 30min-1hr. 4-5-6 days a week of cardio and limit my calorie intake to 1200-1500 will I shed fat?
I'm 5'6"
145-147lbs
Size 8 pants
Size medium to large shirt
B cup (lol)
Between 10-20years of age.
Low-medium metabollism.
Oh, and the cardio is running. It's that jillian michaels treadmill that's an incliner. I'm on week one right now. I do that for about 25 minutes(how long it is) and then about 35 mins of my own workout at different % incline and different speeds.
What do you think? How long do you think it would take to lose 10-15lbs. if I'm consistent with this?
I was thinking anywhere from 8months to a year.

It depends what your caloric intake is normally. There are calorie calculators such as this one http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calculators/calories-required/
Find the accurate amount of calories needed to lose weight for your body type. Once you do that and you exercise this will really help you. Remember though to stay away from fat and carbs. In order for you to burn off fat, you have to burn off carbs first so the less carbs and less fat you have the easier it will be for you to burn it off.
It also depends the intensity of workouts you do. I mean if you just walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes then probably not gonna do much, but if you go at relatively high intensity or even low intensity but for longer intervals then this will offer you the greatest success.
