if its something that they love to do, which they do, then what the hell, why not give them another way to get their image out to the masses. hell they had been wrestling before they showed up on WWE and WCW, they actually did ORIGINAL ECW back before they did WWF and WCW, but they have been wrestling since 1983 which is something most people dont know about them. so let them have their fun in the ring, they never demanded that they get put over anyone, hell they were mostly used as jobbers if i remember correctly so why not let them wrestle...it caused drama back in the day when WWF liked drama, they are the most hated band in the world so ofcourse it made sense to bring them in to cause a ruckus...

Marshall Mathers
Marshall Mathers born October 17, 1972, today is better known as “Eminem” or Slim Shady. In 1999 Eminem gained popularity throughout the rap community with his debut album The Slim Shady LP. He later released The Marshall Mathers LP which became the fastest selling hip hop album in history winning him a few Grammy Awards. His verbal energy and high quality of lyricism ranked him number nine on the MTV list of Greatest MCs of All Time. He also ranked number thirteen on MTV’s greatest Voices in Music.
Although his acting career wasn’t as explosive as his music Eminem managed to pull off a brief cameo in the 2001 film The Walsh. He made his official Hollywood acting debut with the autobiography 8 Mile. Eminem later denied that the movie was not an account of his life, but how life is growing up in Detroit.
In 1999 Eminem’s mother tried to sue him for $10 million dollars over alleging slander in his lyrics regarding The Slim Shady LP; she won less than two thousand dollars. He was later arrested in 2000 during an altercation at an audio store where he pulled out an unloaded weapon, no one was hurt. In 2001 his legal troubles continued when he had an argument with an employee working at Insane Clown Posse, he was giving a fine and several hours of community service.
Eminem’s music continues to be one of the internets most popular searches and MP3 downloads with millions of searches per month. Eminem is currently working on his latest album to be released later this year.
