How can I dress relatively modestly for a fetish pin-up themed party? and how should a guy dress for this?
I am attending a party tomorrow in NYC which is themed "1950's fetish pin-up". The birthday girl is a burlesque dancer who is kind of like Betty Page so think that kind of look.
The invitation says:
Dress Code Enforced
1950S Fetish Pin Up or
Pampadoured Sexual Deviant
How can I do this without a) freezing my bum off and b) maintaining some modesty, I don't even have many lacy or tight clothing.
Also, How should a guy dress for this kind of occasion to still be in the appropriate dress code without spending money on a costume?
I don't want to drive all the way to NYC and not be admitted.
