Alas, the late drive by Detroit was not enough. The Penguins are now the Stanley Cup champions. Respect, both teams gave a monumental effort, but sadly with a winner, one must lose. Now we can officially end this season, and maybe now Pens and Wings fans can stop bitching at each other.

I will miss hockey, but I now have the Tigers to hold me over until then.
