Wall Equalizer?
Everyone has seen the T-Shirt Equalizer. And if you haven't here it is:

The T-Shirt is sound activated and lights up when in a room with loud music, great for parties.
But what I want to know is: Is there a large wall version available to stick on the wall like a poster, which is also sound sensitive?
WOW...That's wicked awesome!! I haven't seen a shirt like that before.
My guess...if they can put it on a t-shirt, they can probably put it on a wall poster too. You'll have to do some looking around though. I"m not from the UK so I can't really give you any sites to buy from.

Build biceps - Here are the secrets to build a shirt busting bicep
Here are a couple of main items to get the bicep growing.
A big must to get the bicep to grow is to focus on isolation. The reason I start off mentioning isolation exercises is that isolation excersises are needed to grow your bicep fast. You need to focus directly on this muscle and cause the blood to rush into the muscle to expand. In your other workouts such as deadlifts, rows and pullups the bicep will be used. Isolation exercises help to speed up the process and build biceps.
The best exercises I would include weekly are hammer curls, preacher dumbbell curls and wide grip curls.These isolation exercises will include all the parts to grow the biceps fast.
The next peice of the puzzle to success is to be very strict with your form. Squeeze the bicep to force the muscle to expand and grow. This is why you will see people look at their arms when they curl the dumbbell. Sounds like a dumb idea but it causes you to focus on that main muscle.
When doing these exercises, you must squeeze your bicep muscle at the top of the movement. Another idea is to turn your wrist when doing this movement to hit different aspects of the muscle. This will cause the bicep muscle to grow and cause what is known to bodybuilders as the "pump".
Train your biceps for 2 days a week. The first day is to pair them with the back or even chest then pair them with legs.
Remember when training; keep a low rep range from 3 to 5 repetitions range each time.
The next important part is to always keep a good diet.
Not enough protein = mediocre results
You will not build muscle effectively if you do not eat right. Constant muscle growth is protein supplementation and consistency. To build biceps and muscle, we recommend one and a half times his body weight times his weight equals the numbers of grams of protein. For example. If we have a 150lb bodybuilder looking to gain muscle, he would need to eat at least 250-300 grams of protein per day. Also remember one last measure, get atleast 8-9 hours of sleep a night.
